It means that our people are under attack. Most or many of the shootings are not happenstance. I, too have witnessed shooters in action and in one case I was in the line of fire. I needed have worried because the shooters couldn't shot straight and therefore their target (who was running toward me) was safe. The teacher, in my mind, was the intended target regardless of what the police said. I don't believe for a minute that the shooting was accidental. There really are two types of shooters shooting in our communities, professional snipers and the young fools...peace.
